1. Offline Storage Commitment
billinvoice is a fully offline, self-contained productivity tool. All business profiles, invoices, inventory items, calendar events, and task checklists are stored exclusively in your device’s local encrypted sandbox storage.

2. Zero External Databases
We do not run any cloud servers, databases, or online synchronization. No personal data, client lists, billing amounts, or tasks are transmitted, uploaded, or shared with us or any third parties.

3. Data Retention & Uninstallation
Because your data resides entirely on your physical phone, uninstalling the billinvoice application will permanently erase all data. We do not have any backup databases or recovery portals to restore your information once deleted.

4. Local Device Security
Since all information is saved on your device, the security of your data depends on your physical device security. We recommend securing your phone with a passcode, Touch ID, or Face ID to prevent unauthorized local access.

5. Sharing Features
The application generates invoice files locally in A4 PDF format. Any sharing actions (e.g. printing or sending PDFs via messaging/email apps) are initiated and controlled entirely by you using your device’s built-in sharing sheets.
