By downloading or using the billinvoice application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. General Offline Use
This application is provided for general business productivity, task management, and basic invoicing. It operates strictly on-device without cloud syncing services.

3. Backup Responsibility
It is your sole responsibility to safeguard your data. Because no backup exists on our servers, you are encouraged to save, share, or export generated PDF invoices regularly to external secure storage to prevent unexpected loss.

4. Permanent Data Loss Disclaimer
You acknowledge that deleting or uninstalling the application, or resetting your device, will permanently destroy all local data records (invoices, checklists, inventory catalogues) beyond recovery.

5. Limitation of Liability
billinvoice is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, corrupted files, calculation errors, or business disruptions.
